Message: hi Noel, I'm here in La Union. I was married to a Patacsil from Pangasinan but they originated from La Union particularly, Aringay and has also relatives at Bauang and Naguilian. My husband is a Veterinarian but he passed away 4 years ago. I have four kids and two are already in college. My eldest is studying at SLU and the other one at UB both at Baguio City..
