Message: Thank you for your e-mail on July 28. To introduce myself, my name is Conrado G. Patacsil (56 yr. old) born in Naguilian, La Union on March 15, 1944. My fathers name is Juan Florendo Patacsil (deceased) a native of Cabaritan, La Union and my mothers name is Lourdes Gago from Agoo, La Union. After the 2nd World War, we migrated to Baguio. I have four brothers, 1stPrecepto (deceased), 2nd Aniceto (deceased) formerly the Executive Secretary of YMCA in Manila, 3rd Mrs. Laureta Patacsil Espino, married with 3 children. She is at present the Dean of the Bachelors of Arts Dept. ,Pines City Educational Center in Baguio City. Her eldest son Paul (married) is in New York. 4th Albertoa electrical engineer is married with 2 children and are residing in Hermosa, Bataan. I am the 5th child in the family, I graduated in Baguio in 1966. I am married to Elena Floresca from, Munoz, Nueva Ecija. I have four children, three girls and one boy. My eldest daughter Mary Joy is married to J. Pangilinan and they have one daughter. Since December 1980, I worked with Saudi Aramco, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. My address in the Philippines is Road 3, Teachers Village, Munoz, Nueva Ecija. Our youngest brother Eduardo passed away in1996. Our address in Baguio is No.11, North Central Aurora Hill. I hope that we will meet some day. I can browse and print the tree but they are too small to read. Can you add the information for me? Regards to all the Patacsils.

Message: Hi Noel, I was amazed (and at the same time elated to learn that one of my relatives wishes to get acquainted with others - same surname) when I got ur e-mail. It's because, one of my colleagues met somebody with our surname in their tennis tournament and informed him of me, but he did not bother getting in-touch. Anyway, I believe we are all related since my grandfather (Ambrosio E. Patacsil from Bauang, La Union) told me that everybody originated from our region - Bal-lay,Acao, Naguilian. Artemio Patacsil, who is (or was -I'm not aware if he is still alive) a journalist, and the older Dr. Gregorio Patacsil of the Heart Center in QC, are his cousins. I met a lawyer named Parmenio Patacsil in Bel-Air when I was working there and found out that we were related. When I visited the Phils. in the early 90's, I attended the golden wedding anniversary of Lola Ellen P. Bugarin, whom I met for the first time including her son Henry who is an interior decorator. I also know Auntie Perla who resides with her husband and 2 children in Monterey, CA Likewise, I stayed in Auntie Daisy's house in QC during my visit. My youngest aunt is also named Edna and now resides in San Francisco. My father's name was Benjamin Patacsil, Sr. (3 brothers and 4 sisters). My grandfather was married to the former Rufina Rimorin and my mom is an Avecilla from San Juan and Bacnotan,LU. Keep in touch. . Nice hearing from you. Message: i just finished viewing your homepage and it's very impressive at its current stage. i like it a lot. i am very happy that you have included the transcript from your lola (she deserves ALL the credit from all the work she did in compiling the info contained). now that you have the original 1740 root of the Great PATACSIL Clan, if and when you get questions from the "other Patacsil's", i suggest you refer 'em to either your dad (he might remember a few of the older Patacsil's) or to your lola maestra. i am quite sure she was familiar with the more "ancient" Patacsil's. it's now 0145 am 7/26/2000 corpus christi time. i have been viewing your homepage for the past hour and a half. i can just imagine the time and effort you have put into this. By 1957, when I was born, he was the only survivor of his family. He use to tell me his story of how he crossed the pacific ocean in a boat to reach America to work and go to college here.
