Message: Hello! Quite a daunting task your Mom has initiated and for every Patacsil to forever carry such a legacy. Thank you. I've always been proud of my heritage - Patacsil & Valdez equally. My dad, Catalino Tangalin Patacsil (died in 1976) and my mom Francisca Valdez Patacsil (died 1989) were from San Fernando, La Union. Both were teachers at LUSAT (La Union School of Arts and Trades) and we moved to Manila around 1964. There are 7 of us, 5 boys & 2 girls. My siblings are:

Message: Hi, I just only open up my e-mail and found out that I have a lot of unread messages. Yes, I think this is the first time that you mailed me and so do I. I've scan some of the notes on the Patacsil family tree and I was so happy to know that there are some like you who really value our family name. I said "our family name" because I am also a Patacsil. My father's name is Mariano Generoso Patacsil, from Bauang, La Union most specifically in Cabalayangan. My father preferred to live with his wife in Luna, La Union that's why I was born there. I am Leo Nadlang Patacsil who was raised up In Luna but studied in Baguio City and now staying with my family here in Kalibo, Aklan. Because I was raised up in Luna, I don't know much about our relative in Bauang except for Auntie Consing who lives somewhere near the Napocor power station . Even that place I forgot already. It is some where in between Bauang and San Fernando. At any rate, I'll try to get in touch with you again. I will consult one of our relative who is staying here in Kalibo and get some information regarding our family tree. I think she know much because she has already a white hair on her head. Message: Noel, Thanks for the update on the tree. Nice job on the website and family tree by the way. I found my root on the tree. I'm off root #28. Juanito had three boys-- Eddie Rillera Brown (Don't know why he changed his last name), Filemon Rillera Patacxil (Changed the spelling of his last name due to Americans not being able to pronounce it correctly) and James Rillera. Eddie Rillera had fraternal twins--Jesse & Josie with his first wife (don't know the name though). After that details are sketchy. Filemon Rillera married Merlinda (don't know the maiden name) and had three sons-- Giovann, Merfil, and C.J. (Don't know what it stands for). Their email address is drpat@webtv.net James Rillera married Paz Austurias America and had two boys--Jason Allan and James Glenn. They divorced had he remarried, Frankie Jo Khoury, and have two boys--Phillip Graddy and Stephen. Jason Allan married Rocky Elizabeth Wheeler on 01JUN00 and do not have any kids.
